Zalwango Doreen
Doreen founded DORA after growing up in a humble home where her family walked long distances to collect firewood. That experience shaped her understanding of energy poverty and exclusion.
She is a qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Art and Design with Education from Kyambogo University. Her background in education, community leadership and practical learning informs DORA's approach.
