Who we are

We help communities turn local challenges into practical opportunities.

Dora Inclusive Organization is a Mityana-based nonprofit working with women, youth, children and Persons with Disabilities through climate action, sustainable livelihoods, education, health and community-led solutions.

We believe communities should lead their own development. Our role is to equip people with skills, tools, confidence and connections that can continue spreading locally.

Our model

Train. Practise. Teach. Multiply.

DORA's train-the-trainer approach helps practical skills remain in the community after a training cycle ends.

See how our approach works
1

Train

Learn a practical skill with hands-on support.

2

Practise

Apply it in a real home, farm or enterprise.

3

Teach

Share the skill with neighbouring households.

4

Multiply

Local trainers keep the learning moving.
